The loading and unloading platform is a very popular transportation way in the modern logistics. It is a bridge connecting the enterprise logistics chain, and also a loading and unloading operation platform for enterprises to quickly and safely transport the products and goods. The height of the platform can not be adjusted, but the height of the carriages is different. There is always a certain height difference or gap between the transport vehicle and the loading and unloading platform, which causes the forklift to be unable to enter and exit the transport vehicle to directly load and unload the goods.
The small mobile loading and unloading platform can provide a reliable connection with the truck, so that the forklift can safely and quickly enter and exit the transport vehicle for loading and unloading working. The product has the features of convenient unloading, strong stability and low maintenance cost, which is suitable for various vehicles on loading and unloading sites and places with relatively heavy traffic.

Steps:
1. Move the mobile loading and unloading platform to the side of the vehicle or platform that needs to load and unload goods, and make the side with the support roller close to the vehicle or platform.
2. Adjust the support roller of the loading and unloading platform and let its height slightly lower than the height of the vehicle or platform.
3. Rotate the support outrigger to make it support the equipment, and prevent the equipment from moving by itself. If the support outrigger is not supported well, the equipment is strictly prohibited.
4. Use the aviation plug equipped with the equipment to connect the power line. For your safety, please ensure that the equipment is reliably grounded.
(If 380V, we suggest that you use national standard copper wire over 1.5 square meters, if 220V, you'd better use national standard copper wire over 1.5 square meters.)
5. Up and down buttons on the distribution box can control the ascending and descending motions of the table, or use the equipped remote control to do the same operation.
6.When the equipment powers off or malfunction occurs, the equipment can be lowered to the lowest point through the manual descent button on the side of the pump station to ensure safety.
Note: The 380V product may reverse the motor due to phase sequence, result the equipment can't rise up.Then we need to change the phase sequence.
Notes:
1.When using the device, connect the power cable correctly to prevent electrical parts from burning out.
2. The support bar must be lowered when the equipment is working.
3. The load capacity should not exceed the rated load, and the load should be evenly distributed on the platform surface. Do remember without partial load.
4. The operator should know the performance and the operation process of the equipment.
5. The temperature of working environment is from- 10 ° to 50 °. 32# hydraulic oil is used in winter and 46# hydraulic oil is used in summer. The oil should be replaced if the equipment is used for more than 1000 hours or 12 months.
6. Before using, please remember to check whether all the fastened parts are firm or not, whether the pipe connection is reliable, whether the pipe is damaged. To make sure that the electrical parts are working normally, the lubrication oil is sufficient in the guide way.
7. The platform should be lowered to the lowest position once finished using.
8. The equipment has no waterproof function. Do not get wet in the rain when storing outdoors.
