How To Use:
A. Before use:
1. The elevator lift has been inspected and debugged before leaving the factory, and all technical indicators have reached the design requirements. The user only needs to read this manual carefully and strictly follow the steps when using it.
2. Non-professionals are not allowed to adjust the hydraulic system, electrical control system and elevator structural parts.
3. When the elevator lift is installed and used for the first time, carefully check whether there is any abnormality in the hydraulic pressure, electrical appliances, and structural components, and debug it only when there is no abnormality. Perform the load test after 3 to 5 times of no-load. This step is also applicable after the elevator overhaul.
4. The elevator lift has a guiding structure, carefully check the verticality and parallelism of the guiding structure, and debug it only after confirming that the guiding structure is good. The elevator shall not be loaded during initial commissioning.
5. For elevator lifts that are out of service for a long time, sections 2 to 4 of this chapter should be implemented before use.
B. During use:
1. The operation of the elevator is designed as a fully automatic operation mode. Just click the corresponding button on the control box to realize the corresponding action, and the cabin will stop automatically when it reaches the corresponding floor. The realization of these functions is realized by electrical appliances such as AC contactors and limit switches.
2. No overloading.
C. After use (maintenance):
1. Whether there is abnormal noise in various parts. If so, it should be dealt with in time.
2. Clean the hydraulic pump after one year of operation of the elevator lift, and replace the severely worn rotating and transmission parts such as shaft pins.
3. After the elevator lift has been running for one year, check whether the control circuit and electrical appliances are corroded and rusted, and whether the joints of the circuit are loose, collapsed, rusted, etc. Find problems and deal with them in time.
4. Replace the hydraulic oil at least once every six months. If the frequency of use is high, replace the hydraulic oil once every three months.
