6. Note that the power supply cannot be reversed, otherwise the limit switch will not work.
7. Lubricant should be replenished regularly to ensure that the screw nut is fully lubricated to prevent early wear.
8. When working in the environment of mud, sand and sewage, a protective cover should be added on the screw nut.
9. It is strictly forbidden to place repair tools, auto parts or other objects under the support arm to avoid damage to the lift.
10. Do not modify the lifter circuit by yourself to avoid failure, causing danger and accidental loss.
Operating procedures:
1. Before use, remove the equipment and debris that hinder the operation of the four-post lift, and check whether the operating handle is normal.
2. The operating mechanism is sensitive and effective, and the hydraulic system is not allowed to have abnormal phenomena.
3. When supporting the vehicle, the four supporting angles should be on the same plane, and adjust the height of the supporting angle rubber pad to contact the supporting part of the vehicle chassis.
4. When supporting the vehicle, the vehicle cannot be supported too high, and the four brackets should be locked after being supported.
5. After the lifted vehicle enters, the lift support block should be adjusted and moved to align with the specified lifting point of the vehicle.
6. When lifting, personnel should leave the vehicle, and when lifting to the required height, the safety lock pin must be inserted and safety and reliability can be ensured before starting work under the vehicle.
7. Except for simple repair items, other cumbersome and cumbersome tasks should not be operated on the lifter.
8. The lift must not rise and fall frequently.
9. When supporting the vehicle, the lift must be steady and the landing must be slow.
10. It is strictly forbidden to lift the lift when someone is working.
11. If the operating mechanism is not working properly, the motor is not synchronized, the bracket is not flat or the hydraulic part is leaking, you should report for repair in time, and you should not operate with diseases.
12. After the operation is completed, debris should be removed and the area around the four-post lift should be cleaned to keep the site tidy.
13. Regularly (half a year) remove the water accumulation in the cylinder of the four-post lift and check the oil volume. If the oil volume is insufficient, the same brand of pressure oil should be filled in time. At the same time, check the lubrication, drive gears and seams of the lift.
