Precautions for use:
1. The load distribution during use shall comply with the rated load distribution of the supporting arm specified in the instruction manual.
2. Before lifting the vehicle, the height of each pallet should be adjusted to keep the support points on the same level.
3 The skirt or girder that the vehicle is lifted must be placed in the center of the pallet, and the center of gravity of the vehicle should be located at the center of the support surface as much as possible.
4. After the tray is in place, the lift can only be started after the support arm is positioned reliably.
5. When the car lift is raised to 10cm from the ground, check and confirm that the car lift is safe and reliable. After the lift is operating normally, start the lift to the required working height. During the lifting process, no one is allowed to enter the vehicle.
6. Note that the power supply cannot be reversed, otherwise the limit switch will not work.
7. Lubricant should be replenished regularly to ensure that the screw nut is fully lubricated to prevent early wear.
8. When working in the environment of mud, sand and sewage, a protective cover should be added on the screw nut.
9. It is strictly forbidden to place repair tools, auto parts or other objects under the support arm to avoid damage to the lift.
10. Do not modify the lifter circuit by yourself to avoid failure, causing danger and accidental loss.
Instructions for use:
1. Before use, remove the equipment and debris that hinder the operation of the lift, and check whether the operating handle is normal.
2. The operating mechanism is sensitive and effective, and the hydraulic system is not allowed to have abnormal phenomena.
3. After the lifted vehicle enters, the lift support block should be adjusted and moved to align with the specified lifting point of the vehicle, the lifting arm should be as small as possible, and the lifting rubber pad should be adjusted for even contact.
4. When supporting the vehicle, the four supporting angles should be on the same plane. Adjust the height of the supporting angle rubber pad to make it contact the support part of the vehicle chassis, so that the lifting arm is raised until the lifting rubber pad completely touches the vehicle, and check whether the load is firm.
5. When lifting, personnel should leave the vehicle, slowly raise the vehicle from the ground to ensure a balanced load, and then lift to the required working height.
6. Release the up button and lower the vehicle to the safe position to start maintenance work.
7. Before lowering the vehicle, lift the vehicle first, pull off the safety insurance, and then press the descending handle to slowly lower the vehicle until the lifting arm is lowered, remove the lifting arm, and drive out of the vehicle.
8. The lift must not rise and fall frequently.
9. It is strictly forbidden to lift the lift when someone is working.
